Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does it take for you to complete
my order?
The answer to this question depends on several
factors. Some jobs can be complete in a few minutes
where others may take several days. Let us know
when you need your job and we’ll let you know
if it can be done. We will do our very best to
complete your job within your timeframe.
2. Why do I need to look at a proof if
I’ve already given you everything I need to have
done?
We want you to look at a proof because we are
human and therefore, imperfect. Your approval
on the final proof is assurance that you have
looked over every aspect of our work and approve
it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors
are caught in the proofing process rather than
after the job is completed and delivered.
3. Do I still need to approve a proof
if I bring my work in on disk?
Yes you do. It may seem like it wouldn’t be needed
in this case but it really is. Machines process
digital information differently. Your approval
of the proof which we will provide assures that
the output device used has correctly interpreted
and processed the information you have provided.
4. How can I get an estimate from you?
One way is to use the online estimate request
form. Another way is to give us a call.
